How To Find Online Jobs From Home For Teachers

When you’re getting up at 5 a.m. to commute to work after staying up half the night doing classroom prep, a job that lets you work in your jammies sounds pretty darn good. It might also sound unlikely—obviously, you can’t teach from the comfort of your own home, right? Telecommuting jobs are attractive to workers in all kinds of occupations, but for teachers especially, opportunities to build careers in digital instruction grow stronger and more diverse each year. Suspension Trainer Chest Exercises

Suspension Trainer Chest Exercises

For a more balanced workout, add the following suspension exercises to your upper-body training once or twice a week. I recommend performing them for time instead of reps. Start with three sets of 30 seconds each and progress to sets of 60 seconds. After you've mastered 60-second sets, make the exercises more difficult by taking additional steps back to increase your forward lean. Once you can support most of your upper-body weight throughout these exercises, move on to the more advanced suspension chest exercises.

Basic Yoga Asanas For Weight Loss

Basic Yoga Asanas For Weight Loss

Sure, if you want to lose weight you need a diet that works for you (and eh hem, your lifestyle) and regular bouts of exercise. But that doesn't mean you need to be going all-out every single day with sweat-dripping cardio or heavy weight-lifting to see results. Research shows that yoga can help in a weight-loss routine because it can boost flexibility, increase mental focus, and yes, burn fat. If you're just getting started, try the "start with" moves to help you get in the groove. Once you feel comfortable with those, give yourself a challenge with the "make it harder" exercises. And don't be surprised if you feel inclined to start showing off your new skills on Instagram soon—hey, if you've got it, flaunt it.

I Want To Teach English Online

I Want To Teach English Online

The English teaching market is massive and growing. For a lot of people from the US, UK or commonwealth countries, it’s a great way to travel while young and experience more of the world. Online teaching is growing at an even more explosive rate—14.2% per year in Asia, 13.8% per year in Latin America. (Ambient Insight: 2011-2016 World Wide English Language Learning Market Overview)

Why teach English online?
Teaching online has a few advantages over traditional classroom teaching. It’s flexible, it’s efficient and it’s also becoming the first place aspiring students look.

Working online tends to be flexible
If you’re teaching online, you can teach from anywhere. This means you don’t have to worry about visas. You don’t have to travel if you don’t want to. Or you could move to someplace really inexpensive in Eastern Europe or SE Asia and teach students from first world countries at a salary much higher than you would earn locally. It’s fantastic work for a Digital Nomad who wants to save more money.

There are several ways of teaching languages online that fairly closely mirror the experience of teaching at a university or in a cram school. Those are pretty inflexible, but there are also a lot of options that give you more scheduling flexibility. TutorABC is kind of a middle of the road option that will give you some training materials and guidance, but expects you to get a TEFL certificate and to be available during certain times that have high student demand. At the top of the flexibility spectrum, Italki and Verbling offer the teacher full freedom to chose the hours they are available.

How To Become a Freelance Writer

How To Become a Freelance Writer

Content Writing Sites
One of the easiest places for a beginning writer to get started is on one of the various content writing platforms that is available. Some of the most popular sites include Textbroker, Writer Access, Scripted and GetaCopywriter. All of these sites have an application process and the timeline can vary. In some instances, you can be approved and begin writing the very same day. Others will take a week or even longer before you receive notice of whether you were approved.

To make these sites work for you, take your time with the application. Submit your best work even if it means writing a new article for the application. Once you are approved, create a complete profile. Many of these sites allow clients to request a specific writer, often at higher rates than what you earn otherwise. Make sure your profile is informative and include a photo.

Learn the details about whatever site you sign up for. Understand the rules about submissions and revisions and find out if the site rates you as a writer and what it means. Discover options for working directly with a client or if a client can request you. This information can help you be more successful and even work your way up to a higher pay rate.
